I received a call that it would not be completed on Saturday, but they would get to it first thing Monday. At this point I had to rent a vehicle as I need mine for work. On Tuesday I didn't hear from anyone at all. I called and left 3 messages for the advisor and no one called me back. At my lunch time, noon, I drove to the service center. I always get get service here at Chuck Hutton the people there are nice and professional I'm very please with the stuff at Chuck hutton. Mechanic team must be paid commission too! So even if you have a warranty OH WELL, as long as you have a warranty they have your business so they can just break more stuff and tell you to pay for it!

I just got off the phone with the general manager about my vehicle being stolen from their premises before I picked it up for repairs and his only concern was the money i owed them from a vehicle that I never received and told me I quote I'm not going to get over on them and if I'm calling to fuss then fuss on note my vehicle was stolen from their possession very smart mouth and nasty attitude I l never in life or anyone I know purchase a vehicle from this god-awful dealership last thing I must know I purchased my vehicle from them brand new and had 15 years of servicing my vehicles with them.

I kept telling them about it and of course they kept blowing it off and saying that it "probably" is air pockets in the line and it will clear up. I was told that it would take two weeks before they could do a diagnostics on my car. Needless to say, I left my car and was given a loaner car. They said no because they will have to remove the compressor to tighten everything they it should.

Then they want to say that if you take you car to another mechanic it will void you warranty Seeing that Darryl Downs was on the same crap as the his employees in the service department, I reached out to Kerry Melson. With all my might, I will be convincing one of the groups who has a car showcase there to chose another location due to this treatment! Case Description: Seat got torn during oil change On Saturday, June 2 about 9am I took my car to Chuck Hutton Chev to get an oil change and my service advisor was Author. I picked my car up about 2pm but didn't notice anthing until I got home. So I called them about 4 but they were closed. I called on Monday to speak to my service advisor and the operator said she would give him the message.

I waited but no one called me back. So finally I got a call on Monday June 11 from Author asking was everything ok with my car and I explained to him that someone ripped my driver seat. So I scheduled an appointment to go in the next day on Tuesday to talk to the service advisor Darryl and he was very uncooperative about the situation because he walked very slow to my car. He also talk to his employees that was already helping someone with their car and I said here's my car here I opened the door.

He said ok But why wait when you are standing next to my car. He looked at the rip in my seat and said that's wear and tear. I said it's not because this is a new car. He said yes it is and I'm not paying for it! And walked away leaving me standing there by myself. They need to hire someone who know what the xxxx their doing. I will not buy a car again from this place.
